Course Information
Description A study of the various process systems, including related scientific principles.
Prerequisites PTAC-1302. PTAC-1410
Learning Outcomes 1. Use technology to access operator-specific documentation and training

2. Identify specific equipment and operation parameters to meet industry standards

3. Describe the principles of quality control

4. Diagram process control elements in a control loop

5. Identify basic processes, equipment, and systems to meet industry standards

6. Implement standard safety procedures as required in industry.

Attendance Policy This is a hybrid class. Attendance will be tracked on both your physical presence in labs and your daily access to Blackboard. Attendance will be reflected on your Laboratory grade, which counts 20% of your overall grade.
